Just a brief comment on the trip you organized for us.

1) Everything went exactly as we had asked and you had planned - thank you. We also appreciate your extra effort to shorten the waiting time at Mumbai airport.

2) Drivers
- Sing was very professional and pleasant. We always felt safe while he was driving. He gave us the impression, that he really wanted to render a service. Of course he did not forget to look after his own interest, but he did this in a nice way
- the 3 persons we had in the south were safe and polite drivers. Unfortunately we always felt like the object of potential exploitation (money), rather than a customer. This went as far as quite unpleasant discussions if this entrance fee was included in our contract, and did we want to do that, because it  was not included. While the amounts in questions were petty, the atmosphere was tense most of the time. In some instances we paid our own entry for visits on the agenda !!
- in Tamil Nadu we had a small car first, which was very crowded, later they gave us a similar one like we had in Rajasthan

3) Hotels
With one exception (Jaipur) we were very happy with the accommodations

4) Overall service
We felt looked after by yourself all the time and we will certainly recommend you to our friends interested to visit India.

We have arrived home exhausted but exhilarated from our trip to Rajastan.

We would like to thank you for all the planning. everything was truly excellent and the hotels magnificent.

Our commendation to our excellent driver Harry who looked after us meticulously with every care and attention. we felt very lucky to have such a caring driver.

Our guides were all excellent and we had good tours.

We were particularly pleased that the guide in Agra insisted we went to the Taj Mahal on Thursday afternoon as this had not been factored into the tour but was an ideal time to visit and watch the setting sun.

It was such a shame that our time at the Shiv Nivas Palace which should have been absolutely wonderful was marred by us being the only guests on the entire complex not included in the wedding party. if they had suggested we would have happily moved if advised of the situation in advance and all would have been perfect. Our friends the grants were much more distressed than we were as they got no sleep for 2 days marring their enjoyment of the tour on those days.

I must say that overall our holiday was excellent. the hotels were all very good and our rooms were really beautiful in many particularly the suits in Makwana. the hotel did not look good from the outside and we were all doubtful but the suits we had there were superb and the food in the evening outside in the gardens were excellent. The local maharajah was there too.
